Food & Beverage Manager Fulltime
NH Amsterdam Zuid is located near the Zuidas and is close to conference center RAI Amsterdam. The North-South metro line brings you to the center of Amsterdam within minutes. This is the main reason for an ideal mix of Business and Leisure guests in our hotel. We are located in a green residential area. In front of the hotel, you will find affordable parking rates, and even free parking on weekends. With plenty of meeting and event possibilities we can meet everyone's wishes.

As Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves. You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help to solve them. You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.
