Werfleider glijbouw

Voor APK Group, afdeling glijbouw, zoeken we een werfleider beton (glijbouw). Zo hielp de afdeling recentelijk nog mee met het aanleggen van het perfecte wegdek bij het Circuit van Zolder voor de meest soepele bochten. Some of your tasks:

• Je staat in voor de realisatie van het project
• Je staat in voor het opmaken en het opvolgen van de technische planning
• Daarnaast coach je en stuur je de verschillende ploegbazen en arbeiders aan
• Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werf
• Je doet aan kwaliteitscontrole
• Je brengt de risico’s op de werf in kaart en maakt hiervan een correcte inschatting

• You can lead and motivate people
• You have a sense of organisation, quality, safety and responsibility
• You have a real hands-on mentality
• You are a plant puller who, together with your teams, seeks solutions to build a beautiful project
• Ervaring of interesse in beton, glijbouw, glijbekisting is een sterke plus
• Een bouwkundige of technische opleiding is aanbevolen; maar niet vereist
• Ervaring als leidinggevende is aanbevolen
• Ben je overtuigd dat je een goede werfleider zou kunnen zijn; ga zeker eens met ons in gesprek
