Store Manager

COMMERCIAL - CUSTOMER ORIENTED - HELICOPTER VIEW

The Store Manager oversees the operations, ensuring that products and services align with customer expectations and market trends. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing sales budgets, coaching and training staff, overseeing promotional activities, and contributing to marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist customers, suggest promotional activities, and analyze sales figures.
Co-organize and execute promotional plans, setting sales budgets and meeting targets.
Maintain employee schedules, train staff and conduct training sessions.
Advise on purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage daily operations, and ensure store displays are optimized.
Provide necessary information for managing customer databases, make adjustments to plans, and report on sales results and deviations from targets.

Requirements

Skills and experience:

Relevant experience in a similar role.
Affinity with alcoholic beverages.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Team player with analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
