We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Lead Fleet Performance.Tasks and responsibilities
- Leading turbine product over the entire product life cycle;
- Continuous series improvement of Enercon turbines, e.g. qualification of new suppliers, after-sales;
- Management and processing of operational problems from production, service and authorities (availability,...);
- Develop project plans to lead the cross-functional team in alignment with the issues at hand in the field;
- Active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions.
- Coordination of projects and their dependencies.
- Use and manage resources for different projects.
- Management of product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager.
- Management of project topics with the central functions and external stakeholders.
- Inform and present (interim) results for (top) management.

Functie eisen
