As an Operator at Van Lieshout Snacks, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and packaging lines. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery to maintain optimal line performance. Conducting regular quality control checks and promptly ad-dressing any production disruptions will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will adhere to strict food safety protocols, including executing Critical Control Points (CCPs) as required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate production and packaging lines
• Conduct quality control checks on produced items
• Address minor production disruptions promptly
• Adhere to food safety regulations and execute relevant CCPs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and machinery
• Work collaboratively with team members and report to the Working Fore-man/Forewoman

Requirements:

• Good motor skills and technical insight
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Adherence to safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
