Over the last few years, we have grown from an ambitious start-up to an even more ambitious scale-up. We have offices in the Netherlands and the UK and a very diverse team, with currently 18 nationalities. We are scaling big time and are on the hunt for a top notch Lead Recruiter to join the People & Culture team in Amsterdam.

The job 

As our Lead Recruiter, you represent ParkBee within the Tech scale-up job market. You have an eye for talent, are a super start hunter and can effortlessly manage the different facets of our hiring flow, from sourcing to onboarding. You act as a business partner for line managers and collaborate closely together in building the ParkBee dream team. At the same time you work with our passionate People & Culture team, including our recruitment team, on projects that take recruitment at ParkBee to the next level.

You play a significant role in developing ParkBee’s hiring roadmap while reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager. You take full responsibility on all recruitment related matters and have relentless energy in hiring the right people for the job. In short, you’ll set an example and are our true leader in recruitment. 

 

How you're going to make impact:
  • Be responsible for the full recruitment strategy;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies and be strong in managing all external parties;
  • Build meaningful relationships with both the hiring managers and all candidates; 
  • Coordinate the interview process from A-Z, by:
  • Creating interview manuals and scorecards 
  • Writing appealing job descriptions and posting them on all interesting platforms to attract the right talents
  • Screening incoming candidates through our ATS
  • Sourcing and approaching candidates in any possible way. You create personalised and engaging outreach messages to “hook” potential candidates
  • Preparing the offer and closing the candidate
  • Educate hiring managers, keeping the speed, give push back and challenge them until we find the ideal candidate;
  • Continuously improve our employer brand, candidate experience and hiring flow and push hard to position ParkBee as a great employer in the job market!

We need someone who is passionate
about hiring great talent
, while also having excellent stakeholder management skills. Someone who doesn’t just ‘fill seats’. You are eager to build a strong employer brand, doing whatever it takes to find the ideal candidate and build a talent pool for future needs. Aside from that, we are looking for someone bright, creative and ‘zen’. Even in the busiest of times, you are able to keep a cool head with your planning and organisational skills. We are looking for the best recruiter possible, therefore you:

  • Have 4+ years experience in (full-cycle) tech recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience with fast growing companies is a plus;
  • Have experience in hiring

both tech and non-tech candidates

, preferably you’re experienced in hiring atypical profiles of different seniority levels;

Create a top-notch candidate experience

, you pay attention to details and are on top of everything happening with our candidates;
  • Are very

organised and structured,

you always build a strong plan for the things you and your team are doing;
  • Enjoy being creative and like to explore new hacks to reach out to talent and inspire your team;
  • You have extensive knowledge of various selection methods, interview techniques, online search and social media channels;
  • Are fluent and flawless in English and ideally, also speak Dutch.
