DuPont Safety

is looking for a

European Inside Sales (IS)

, who will be part of the Aramids commercial team. The IS will have the responsibility for driving sales at direct accounts, optimizing the product mix, and implementing the pricing strategy. The IS will also coordinate the demand and supply for products sold to the assigned customer portfolio.

S/he will ensure the ongoing service of existing customers while driving collaborations to capture new opportunities. The
Inside Sales
will be responsible for customers from various segments within the Aramids business, such as Aerospace, Composites, Industrials and Automotive.
The successful candidate will display strong sales skills, team spirit, results-driven orientation and a collaborative approach when interacting with functions such as Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Product Management, Demand and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales within selected customer portfolio to meet annual revenue and pricing targets
  • Continuous market insights and competitive dynamics sharing to organization.
  • Working with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service teams to improve customer experience.
  • Preparing annual Account Plans including demand, key projects at end user level and competitive information
  • Ensures the ongoing and consistent adherence to all DuPont Core Values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business preferred
  • Experience in inside sales desired
  • Ability to understand the needs of customers and develop relationships
  • Self-starter, collaborator and a consistent demonstrated behavior of being highly motivated
  • Passion to negotiate, influence and to actively listen. Self-driven, organized and ready overcome obstacles and find creative solutions
  • Strong team player capabilities within an international team
  • Results-driven, customer focus & business acumen.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German, French, Dutch and/or Spanish would be a plus.
