Sourcing & Procurement Consultant

Are you an ambitious procurement professional, and ready for your next challenge? Our Sourcing & Procurement practice is searching for a consultant to shape the future of procurement, advising leading organizations. You will experience a steep learning curve, in a fun and dynamic work environment.

As a consultant, you support our clients, by solving business challenges across the procurement domain. Design future-proof operation models, spend value targeting and execute digital procurement transformations.

People

: Our client expect outstanding performance on different projects. Is it a procurement transformation, strategic sourcing or process design, you will lead the client towards best-practices

Processes

: Part of your reality is to improve client’s processes, so our client can execute in a more effective and efficient manner. You strive outstanding results, making the processes simple, scalable, and cost efficient.

Technology

: Innovation is part of our DNA. You will connect the needs of our clients’ to emerging technology. Advise our clients, with new automation opportunities, by example AI and innovative best-of-breed procurement tech who enable our clients to operate better.

Data

: Create unique insights for our clients, by creating 360-degree visibility by connecting different sources of data. Help them to unlock savings as fuel for future organizational growth.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need

• Master’s degree
• 3, or more years of experience in various procurement roles
• Confident in building lasting business relationships
• Excellent language skills (Dutch and English)
• Proactive, driven individual that it is looking for growth

Bonus points if you have

• Previous consulting experience
• Direct Materials Procurement background
• Designing procurement operating models
• Procurement or Business Transformation
