As a Recruiter for stichd, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from candidate application to offer management. Together with the current Recruiter, you will be sourcing talent and hiring the best candidates for their vacancies, whilst growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Good understanding of the business needs and translating this to strong employer branding.
- Contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy, you advise your internal clients and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand.
- Collaborating with department managers to create an attractive vacancy text and constantly aligning the hiring needs.
- Sourcing talent and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Guiding the candidate throughout the whole recruitment process, giving the future employee the best candidate experience (giving the candidate the proper support and attention, whilst building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome).
- Pre-screen and interview candidates (in Dutch or English).
- Main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies.

Over je profiel
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar recruiting position, preferably within an international sports, fashion or retail organization.
- Passion, enthusiasm and proven work experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Experience with Workday Recruitment is preferred.
- Creative writing skills and naturally interpersonal verbal communication skills.
- You are easily to connect with, have a positive mindset, confident with appropriate persuasion.
- You are full time available and fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbally.
