For our Head office in Hoofddorp we are looking for a Master Data Steward/Analyst for the new department Business Analytics (m/f) for 40 hours per week.Your Responsibilities:
As a Master Data Steward/Analyst, you are seen as a subject matter expert and trustee of data rather than owner of it. You are also responsible for activities to deliver desired data quality, tactical coordination of data operation as well as implementation of policy and procedures supporting these.The Master Data Steward/Analyst is responsible to:
(Master) Data Quality (Analyst)
- Ensure the consistency and accuracy of data as it flows from the host application to recipient applications
- Monitor and execute central data quality routines and support cleansing and matching of master data
- Support profiling activities and identify issues with host system such as missing values
- Drive data issue management and remediation with the data owners
- Perform trend analysis in relation to data incidents raised for submission to COO
- Drive data issue management and remediation
- Maintain high Data Quality environment and working closely with Data(Business Intelligent) Analyst to create trustworthy insights.
- Responsible for ensuring that the master records are created and maintained (CRUD) according to established standards and within agreed timelines, manage bottlenecks and exceptions
- Develop and maintain efficient workflow to support Master Data creation and updating processes
- Key user of SAP Business One DTW and Intercompany modules
- Be responsible for elements that support data sharing and master data management objectives such as product hierarchies, segmentation profiles
- Maintain agreed-upon definitions and formats, identify data issues and ensure that business user adheres to specified formats
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.

Candidate profile:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science (or in a similar field);
- Relevant work experience as a master data analyst or in related field.
- Able to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
- Able to analyze existing tools and databases and provide necessary software solution recommendations.
- Familiar with Master Data, Data Transfer workbench, Intercompany functionality in SAP Business One will be an advantage
- You are experienced with SQL and relational database;
- You are DA-100 PowerBI certified;
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of addressing Master and Metadata standards.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, Chinese language will be an advantage.
