You and Your Job
As an Executive Director, you will be successful if you have a personality which is "actively focused on other people"; and, if you are able to make careful consideration between risks and results in the performance of work duties with the objective of increasing and maintaining customer confidence in the entire value chain of product development, product distribution and customer advice.

The Executive Director (ED) builds and maintains a network of internal and external stakeholders within the F&A Sector.
The ED's responsibilities also include marketing and event origination activities within the group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the opportunities, positioning and coverage of clients and prospects in the local market/region; translates these opportunities into pitches in cooperation with other business-lines; and presents these pitches to C-Suite executives.
  • Develop and share market and client knowledge within Rabobank (while maintaining all compliance requirements); and stays well informed to server Rabobank interests effectively.
  • Lead idea generation, review marketing materials, and manage client relationships towards originating new mandates and maintaining strategic discussions with the bank’s core clients and prospects.
  • Responsible for reviewing any transaction documents, technical analysis, and supporting negotiations and other due diligence.
  • Mentor junior resources and communicating clearly with the Global Sector Head or Managing Director to ensure assignments are adequately handled and tasks performed are up to standards.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Executive Director - Sector Banking Officer role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience in investment banking
  • Experience in building and maintaining a network of executive-level contacts.
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 50%.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $190,000. - $340,000

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
