About your role as Founder |

Treasury Manager

The role is a key position within the finance team. As treasury manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the treasury risk management process. This includes full accountability for the company’s cashflow, currency exposures, insurance, credit risk on customers and suppliers. Another key purpose of the role is to oversee process improvements.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial person who is eager to further develop themselves and the company by broadening the horizon. We provide you with a high-pace, international environment with a strong entrepreneurial culture.

Your responsibilities

• Creating/setting up Treasury function (department) within L - founders of loyalty
• Cash management – Internal financing, determining bank account netting and intra-group financing for WW entities
• Forecasting – analysing information coming from various sources to build accurate cash flow forecast (prepare long/ short term forecast)
• Managing the global insurance portfolio
• Advising and working on the optimisation of financial results (scenario planning bank covenants)
• Managing working capital (DSO, DPO and DII)
• Developing and updating Treasury policies and procedures
• Administering banking systems
• Implementing, managing and monitoring the bank infrastructure with respect to bank accounts and cash pools for all entities
• Defining and conducting group hedging policy, as well as executing several types of FX transactions
• Maintaining external relations: Banks, insurance companies and risk agencies
• Corporate finance related activities; legal documentation process, managing existing facilities and managing existing loan covenants

About you

• University degree in Economics or equivalent
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Treasury environment, preferably in a corporate environment
• Good understanding of hedging strategies, FX markets and instruments
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of standard office applications (extensive MS Excel skills)
• Familiarity with bank cash management and treasury management systems is a prerequisite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Interested in process improvement
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
• Good and reliable team player
• Entrepreneurial attitude
