Assistant Store Manager

at Vlaamsch Broodhuys Schiedam. Together, you ensure a great experience for customers and colleagues.
During your shift, you actively guide and motivate the employees under your responsibility. During your shift, you actively guide and motivate the employees under your responsibility. Thanks to your enthusiasm and good sense of humor, you build a close-knit and friendly team that warmly welcomes customers to the store. In addition to preparing Dimitri's sandwiches and drinks, you support the Store Manager in creating schedules, placing orders, and inventory management. After two weeks, you are ready: you are now a true bread ambassador!

What will you do:

Support the Store Manager in creating schedules and managing inventory.
Guide new employees so they can grow confidently in their roles.
Inspire customers and make them enjoy our delicious products, such as Dimitri's sandwiches and fresh drinks.
Show enthusiasm and take a lot of initiative in your work.
Gain experience in leadership and work in a guest-focused environment.

What we expect from you:

Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week, including weekdays and weekends.
