Your role can be started as soon as possible (ideally by or before June 1st ), is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed nationwide in Spain or The Netherlands from the home office or one of our sites in these countries (all sites are

Your role:

  • Manage the recruitment process for designated business units across Central Europe, from approval to onboarding.
  • Craft engaging job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Support employer branding activities, coordinate content creation and distribution, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
  • Enhance candidate experience projects by monitoring SLAs, implementing process improvements, and refining recruitment practices.
  • Support hiring manager initiatives focused on internal recruitment training, guidelines, and process adherence.
  • Work on other projects/systems, i.e. indeed campaigns, Teamtailor (our ATS) improvements
  • Employer Branding communication, i.e. in portals such as kununu / glassdoor

While there's much ground to cover before fully embodying this role, we're committed to maximizing our collaboration with the business at every step of the way.

Your profile:

  • Sound professional experience in operative recruiting, employer branding (communication) / HR Marketing and Candidate Experience and ideally active sourcing experience
  • Resilience and multi-role management: you can handle multiple vacancies at the same time and have the drive to keep candidates engaged
  • Completed studies or relevant commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on HR management/marketing/Psychology or comparable
  • Very good English skills (company language) and ideally advanced German, any additional european language is a plus

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits:

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months)

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance

Full or hybrid Remote: Depending on your location, you can work 80-100% remotely within Spain or The Netherlands. However, we have regular on-site team events.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal
