The Lead Electrical Engineer for the tender team will play a pivotal role. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the instrumentation aspects of tender proposals. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver winning proposals.What do you need
The ideal candidate has:- Minimum of 10 years of experience working for a consultancy, particularly in the field of substations and/or oil and gas projects, with a strong emphasis on offshore operations.
- Extensive experience and focus on the concept phase of projects
- Proven track record in tendering processes, including the preparation of tender documents, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Proficiency in communicating technical requirements to high voltage (HV) equipment vendors
- Strong skills in generating basic documentation essential for project proposals, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Capable of conducting accurate cost estimations for instrumentation-related aspects of projects, optimizing resource allocation and budget management.
