Fund Secretary - Fund Legal Services

Then you might be the person we are looking!
In the role of Fund Secretary you support the fund management teams of Dutch real estate funds and are responsible for the governance and procedural aspects of these funds in accordance with local jurisdiction and the fund terms. You liaise with various other departments and your legal and financial knowledge is key. In the Schiphol office you are an important contact for several colleagues. You are also the contact person for investors for subscriptions or transfers and prepare all relevant documentation. In addition, you draft the communication to investors, prepare and attend meetings and take minutes. You are also involved in the (financial) reporting to the investors.

About the department

The Fund Legal Services department assists and provides services to the fund management teams of Dutch non-listed real estate funds for institutional investors. It is a dynamic team with the focus on providing high quality service.

What do you have to offer us?

You have completed an Academical or HBO law degree;
Minimum of 2-4 years legal work experience;
Excellent written and oral expression skills, in both Dutch and English;
Organizational skills, structured and service-minded;
Professional, social and pro-active;
Affinity with corporate structures and/or real estate;
You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
