Wat ga jij doen?
Als Sales Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van alle commerciële activiteiten binnen de onderneming. Je biedt ondersteuning aan de buitendienst collega’s bij de afhandeling van de orders, het berekenen van verkoopprijzen, het opstellen van offertes en het opmaken van de contracten. Daarnaast bied je telefonische en schriftelijke ondersteuning aan onze afnemers op het gebied van informatievoorziening over de status van de orders, het assortiment, de toepassing en de kwaliteit van onze producten.

Verder zijn je werkzaamheden:

• Opvolgen van klant verzoeken (telefonisch en per mail)
• Het controleren, accepteren en invoeren van ontvangen verkooporders
• Het afstemmen van leveringscondities/ emballage en transport, inclusief communicatie aan bedrijfsbureau
• Het opstellen van export- en vrachtdocumenten ten behoeve van exportrelaties
• Het bewaken van de ordervoortgang en waar nodig het tijdig informeren van de klant en de Accountmanager
• Het behandelen van retouren, manco’s en breuk van klanten en vervoerders
• Het uit- en/of verwerken van offertes en afspraakbevestigingen voor de Accountmanagers
• Het verzorgen en verzenden van verkoopinformatie, op verzoek van de accountmanagers, aan (poteniele) relaties (orderbevestigingen, leveringsvoorwaarden, product- en veiligheidsinformatie)

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• HBO werk- en denkniveau verkregen door een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau aangevuld met relevante werkervaring bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting
• Kennis en ervaring van logistieke processen en douanezaken zijn een pre
• Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring, ervaring met telefonische verkoop/ inkoop is een pre
• Een goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
• Een goede beheersing van de Duitse taal in woord en geschrift
• Gedegen kennis van het MS Office pakket
• Gedegen kennis van en aantoonbare ervaring met ERP systemen
