Are you a technology enthusiast who likes to roll up your sleeves? In the role of Technical Application Manager at Ventura you are the connection point between our users and external consultants. You are the one who provides the first line of support in case of problems.

What are you going to do?

You are responsible for the maintenance, management and, if possible, improvement of various applications. Together with your colleagues you work on optimizing our processes. And if necessary, you are the backup for your team, consisting of an ICT-BI Developer Administrator and an Information Security Officer.

You will have a challenging mix of tasks including:

• Technically managing existing applications, such as Autodesk Vault, Ridder iQ
• Connecting key users with external consultants
• Facilitating, testing or carrying out updates, sometimes outside regular working hours
• Informing the organization about adjustments as a result of updates
• Managing Atlassian Jira and adjusting workflows and custom fields

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with SQL and scripting skills
• Has knowledge of networking
• Has (basic) knowledge of security and has a security mindset
• Has at least HBO working and thinking level
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
