Service Technician Belux (M/F)
For our hardware department we are looking for a Service Technician (M/F).
You do the maintenance and repairs at the customers of locks (hardware) on windows and doors (no installation) with a healthy dose of technical insight. You leave from home with your service car and you follow your daily schedule.
Doing repairs is the most important part. However, there will also be measurements on the planning. Good measurements are important for the further handling of the file.
The ordered materials will be delivered weekly with a night courier in your van.
Profile
You have experience as a service technician in the hardware industry or / in a similar position.
You preferably live somewhere in central Belgium (Province of Flemish Brabant, East Flanders, Antwerp or the Brussels Region) to travel to your customers. You come to the headquarters in Dessel very rarely.
Training is done 'on the field', together with a colleague.
You are precise and have good technical insight.
A general knowledge of iPad usage is necessary.
You speak Dutch very well and a good communication of the French language is a plus.
You have a driving license B.
