Coordinator Grondstromen 

Doel van de functie:

Een beheerst systeem op te zetten tbv het inplannen bewaken en rapporteren van grondstromen en stromen van vrijkomende materialen in de bulkgoederen sfeer (puin, asfalt, grond, zand, lava enz.). Het uiteindelijk doel is het optimaal hergebruiken van alle vrijkomende materialen binnen de eisen en geïntegreerd in het gehele project.

Resultaat- en verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:

Opzetten gedetailleerde grondbalans
Opzetten grondstromen registratie systeem
Input leveren tbv het bouwen van een ICT applicatie voor het bewaken van materiaalstromen.
Aanleveren van planningsregels op level 4 niveau aan de overall planning
Bepalen van werkmethode voor het groot grondverzet.
Uitwerken van werkplannen inzake groot grondverzet.
Opstellen van het plan vrijkomende materialen
Ondersteund werkbegeleider bulkgoederen bij het begeleiden van de uitvoering

Bevoegdheden:

Functiehouder vervult zijn/haar taken zelfstandig en aan de hand van werkvoorschriften die ruimte bieden voor eigen interpretatie. Het werkproces bepaald tot op zekere hoogte de wijze waarop het werk moet worden uitgevoerd.

Deskundigheid en ervaring:

MBO werk- en denkniveau
Ervaring in ACAD, Excel en Word
Samenwerking met werkvoorbereider, uitvoering en BIM afdeling
Enige ervaring met BIM
Theoretisch sterk onderlegt op het gebied groot grondverzet
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het inrichten en bewaken van een grondbalans
Goede communicatieve- en schriftelijke vaardigheden;
Affiniteit met bouw infra;
Daadkrachtig, analytisch denkvermogen en een goed inlevingsvermogen;
Goede werkmentaliteit + teamplayer;
Oplossingsgericht denken en adviserend handelend;
Stelt zich leidend op in processen en deelt kennis.
