You contribute to the performance of the operational activities and the optimization of production
You assist in maintaining the navigation safety and update the navigation charts and books
You operate the DP (and ROV) system
You observe the quality, health, safety and environmental system
You completed a maritime education in navigation
You have several years of work experience in the maritime/offshore field
You have a Certificate of Competency: Officer in charge of a navigational watch (II/1), Maritime Officer no limitations (VII/2) or Chief mate (II/2)
You have the required, valid certificates for the position according STCW 2010 Amendments
You have a valid HUET or BOSIET certificate
You have an STCW VI/6 Security Awareness or VI/6 Designated Security ( preferable)
You have a full DP certificate unlimited, You have a valid Passport, Seaman's Book, Seafarers Medical
You have a strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment
You have a hands-on and no nonsense mentality, You have a good command of English

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead tender projects for transport and installation of Wind Turbine Generators for offshore wind projects around the world.
As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.
As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Fredericia, Denmark, and we expect you to join the office, but it is also possible to make use of our network of international offices and satellite offices and working from home regimes.

As a Project Engineer you will work within our Engineering Department in our office in Fredericia, Denmark.
The Engineering Department is, among many tasks, responsible for adapting our installation vessels to suit the various installation projects.
You will be responsible for engineering project preparation of our vessels from concept to final layout and perform engineering activities and come up with technical solutions related to our offshore installation activities. The Engineering team supports the Projects- as well as the Tender-Departments.
Every new wind turbine installation project requires a new configuration of the ship's deck, and your theoretical and practical (ship) experience is needed to ensure that ideas can be translated into practice. It is therefore also a big plus if you have knowledge of conversion work in relation to ships and cranes.

As a Project Procurement Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will be the first point of contact for the project for any procurement related matter from tender to execution. You will make sure that all procurement knowledge (e.g. processes, tools, expertise) is available and clear to all project members, and will take the lead of an internal Cross Functional Team that consists of different disciplines (Engineering, QHSE, Legal, Finance and Tendering, among others).
