Are you our next junior support engineer?
We’ve grown a lot recently, which is why we want to grow our team by adding a new support engineer. As a junior support engineer at Hyarchis, you will mainly work with our experienced support engineers/consultants to answer incoming questions. Once you are familiar with our products and systems, your duties will quickly be expanded to independently maintaining contact with customers, both in terms of answering questions and implementing changes to the customer’s configuration(s).

Your ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently will provide valuable support to our clients. As part of a team of driven, motivated professionals, you will help us and our clients to use our product suite. The ideal candidate will be someone with a curious mind who is eager to improve daily and strives to make marked impacts with their work.

Your team
You will be joining a focused team consisting of senior consultants and product specialists. Your team, together with business line managers and engineering department will create and adapt new cloud solutions that enable FinTech industry customers to continuously onboard their data and ensure its safety.
