TRAINEE | JUNIOR ADVISEUR BOUWFYSICA, AKOESTIEK, BRANDVEILIGHEID & DUURZAAMHEID
(32 tot 40 uren/week)
Wat ga je doen?
Je wordt als trainee | junior adviseur direct betrokken bij diverse projecten waardoor je, door het geven van adviezen en het verrichten van berekeningen, direct resultaat ziet van je werk. Naast het uitvoeren van metingen en simulaties, ga je mee naar overleggen met architecten, projectontwikkelaars en op-drachtgevers om je resultaten te bespreken. Binnen diverse interne en externe teams, bestaande uit adviseurs, architecten en projectleiders, vanuit zowel bouwfysica als elektrotechnische- en werktuig-bouwkundige installaties, breng jij jouw bouwfysische expertise in. Als trainee | junior adviseur doorloop je een programma waarbij alle facetten van de bouwfysica, waaronder akoestiek, brand en duurzaam-heid (BREEAM, GPR, circulariteit) aan de orde komen. Hierbij krijg je begeleiding van collega’s in de rol van mentor en begeleider. Een verbreding met installatietechnische kennis behoort ook tot de mo-gelijkheden. Zo kun je er als trainee voor kiezen om ook een deel van het traineeship bij de installatie-technische discipline te doorlopen.

Jouw eigenschappen en kwaliteiten:

• je hebt een afgeronde (of bijna afgeronde) HBO Bouwkunde of de master Building Physics and Services aan de TU/e (of vergelijkbaar)
• je hebt een pro-actieve en positieve werkhouding
• je bent ondernemend en wilt uitgedaagd worden
• je hebt een brede interesse voor het vakgebied en je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen door ervarin-gen op te doen en opleidingen te volgen
• onderdeel uitmaken van diverse teams en leren van elkaar spreekt je aan
• je bent communicatief sterk
• je bent vaardig in de Nederlandse taal, minimaal op B2 niveau

TRAINEE | JUNIOR CONSULTANT BUILDING PHYSICS, ACOUSTICS, FIRE SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY
(32 to 40 hours/week)
What are you going to do?
As trainee | junior consultant you will be directly involved in various projects, which will show you, by giving recommendations and performing calculations, immediate results of your work. Besides perform-ing measurements and calculations, you will attend meetings with architects, project developers and clients to discuss your results. Within several internal and external teams, consisting of consultants, architects, and project managers, from both building physics, as well as electrotechnical- and mechan-ical installation departments, you will provide your building physics expertise. As trainee | junior consult-ant you walk through a program where all aspects of building physics will be addressed, among which acoustics, fire safety and sustainability (BREEAM, GPR, circularity). In this process, you will get super-vision of colleagues in the form of a mentor and supervisor. Broadening your knowledge with installation technical expertise is also an option within our company. For instance, as a trainee, you can choose to take on the installation technical discipline as part of the traineeship.

Your characteristics and qualities

• you have completed (or almost completed) a bachelor degree Built Environment from a univer-sity of applied sciences or a master’s degree Building Physics and Services from the TU/e (or similar education)
• you have a pro-active and positive work attitude
• you show initiative and want to be challenged
• you are widely interested in the field and you want to keep developing yourself by gaining expe-rience and taking courses
• being part of various teams and learning from each other appeals to you
• you have strong communication skills
• you speak the Dutch language at minimal B2 level
