The Role:

Clinic Tasks:

• Minimum of 2 years at the MRA II level or showing proficiency at the previous level and able to perform all MRA I and MRA II requirements.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of Shift Lead duties and capable of filling as Shift Lead when needed.
• Demonstrate ability to manage clinic floor in a professional and low stress manner (answering questions, helping with setup, re-work schedules, etc.)
• Proficient in LAPS (able to print study packets and setup studies).
• Actively participate as a lead on studies (work with CSM to review protocol, source documents, set up and carry out study specific training).
• Is a catalyst for improvement and change through constructive feedback and active participation in process changes

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Complete understanding and application of drug development process.
• Demonstrates advanced application of study database.
• Proficient understanding of project specific protocols.
• Supervises the subjects safety and data integrity.
• Extensive experience in multitasking clinical procedures.
• Demonstrates advanced leadership and supervisor skills.
• Experience on how to identify the opportunity and picture the desired outcome.
• Uses critical reasoning skills to solve complex problems in a fast paced environment.
• Solutions are thorough, practical and consistent with ICON's objectives.
• Recommends and implements enhancements to department processes.
• Works without supervision of functional manager.
• Develops solutions independently and supervises less senior clinical staff

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Degree in a clinical health-related area from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Read, write, and speak Dutch and English.
• 3+ years’ work experience in a medical or a clinical field
• Advanced degree or appropriate medical education/license preferred
• Four years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Outstanding multitask performance and supervisor skills.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification and ILS
