The
Operations Lead, Data Compliance
will support the Group Chief Privacy Officer. You will work with the members of the Global Privacy Office in the execution of their duties globally to help ensure that our businesses and business partners fulfil their regulatory and organizational requirements regarding the protection of personal information, while simultaneously enabling business, data and technological innovation.

You will ensure that Data Management organizations and processes consider (privacy) compliance as a key pillar for their success. You drive the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of data compliance operations throughout the 1st line organizations and where needed the Data Protection Officers. You further support the procurement and implementation of technical solutions to enable efficient operational processes.

For these activities, you work with the Global Data Office, with local Data Management teams and their Chief Data Officers, (Data) Privacy Offices, Compliance Departments and with the Global Technology Services (GTS) organization.

The
Operations Lead, Data Compliance
will work as part of a cross-functional global team of privacy and data protection professionals, dedicated to ensuring compliance while continuing to enable (business) solutions and innovation.
