We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Lead Industrialization.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development;
- Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance;
- Preparation of costing measures;
- Create project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope;
- Support for active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions
- Coordination of projects and their dependencies as well as cross-project use and management of resources
- Manage project product changes together with the Product Change Manager.
- Preparation of information and results for (top) management.

Functie eisen
- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or electrics;
- Basic Project Management Knowledge;
- Good knowledge of English and German.
