Starters & young professionals

Aram is always looking for starters in the labor market and young professionals with work experience. What we ask of you is a flexible, independent attitude and the ambition to deeply know the field of project control. What do you get in return? A challenging job in which you are trained to become a project planner, risk manager or all-round project management consultant. After an intensive training course of 6 weeks, you will start working for our clients. Of course we take your preferences into account: are you interested in offshore or just to gain experience in the infrastructure sector? As soon as you start working, we guide you through coaching on the job and intervision sessions for you and your colleagues. This is our way to share our knowledge and experience which enables you to quickly find your way in the world of project control.
