As Global Sales Director you will lead and coach the international sales team. Creating a strong team spirit focused on collaboration and fostering a culture focused on personal and team development are important goals.
You are also responsible for marketing the reader portfolio and you know how to set and achieve ambitious goals for both the team and individually. - Responsible for the preparation of the strategic sales plan;
- Ensuring that sales processes and systems such as CRM and BI analytics support our commercial activities;

Your team
The sales team is active worldwide and consists of teams in Europe, Asia Pacific and North & South America. You report directly to the Managing Director Nedap Identification Systems. You will also become part of a dynamic international market group where you will interact daily with colleagues from marketing, proposition management and sales engineering. You are not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to land a deal. You also have the following characteristics:- HBO or WO level, in the direction of Business Administration or related education;
- At least 3 years of experience in successfully managing commercial teams in a tech environment;
- Experience in selling hardware and software products is an advantage;
- Analytical ability and ability to interpret and explain financial data;
- Inspiring and motivating team lead;
- Good command of the English language;
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (at least 30% of the time);
- Able to listen and pick up signals from the team and the environment.
