The Role:

As a Distribution Customer Service Agent you will take care of our customers in the field of distribution by storing their goods, inventory management and supplying their customers allowing them to focus on what is most important to them; their product, growth and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for your customer's entire distribution process. You will work with customers, suppliers and colleagues to meet the set service standards and requirements. In addition, you keep everyone up-to-date and should there be a last minute change, you coordinate this in collaboration with the transportation and operations department. All these processes also involve an administrative side; you take care of accurate invoicing, check receipt data and order distributions. In short, this position suits you if you have a talent for organizing, planning, are proactive and work accurately.

• HBO or mbo level 4 work and thinking level;
• You are available full time;
• You speak and write fluent English;
