The Training Manager Human Pharma MIDI will be responsible for developing, delivering and creating engaging learning experiences for multiple audiences with a focus on the customer facing roles and their managers. 

You will lead the Human Pharma Business related training strategy & implementation throughout the entire MIDI region (MIDI Center + 8 European countries), and will act as an expert on Learning & training approaches for all Human Pharma functions (blended learning, self/group learning, digital/non digital, frequency, needs analysis, etc.) and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Excellence.

Your key responsibilities

  • develop and regularly update a training plan for midi based on a thorough human pharma training needs analysis;
  • create and maintain a training excellence concept covering: training best practices, training education for managers/trainers, standardization of measurement, etc.;
  • lead training team excellence by driving engagement, measurement, and innovative training concepts;
  • develop and design, together with local customer engagement excellence managers (ceems) training concepts that will be implemented as a train-the-trainer (ttt) concept;
  • align with many cross-functional stakeholders in global, regional and local teams;
  • monitor and adhere to available training budget;
  • support the customer facing functions effectiveness in regards to training (e.g., customer engagement model, leading change, coaching);
  • support functional heads in setting up learning/training curricula and maintain ongoing contact with relevant stakeholders like country training-ambassadors.

What you should bring to the team:

  • at least 3 -5 years of experience in training and ideally customer engagement within life science (preferably pharmaceutical);
  • proven affinity with (blended) learning concepts, digital tools, and learning initiatives;
  • excellent team player with exceptional communication and influential abilities;
  • excellent lateral leadership and listening skills;
  • digital savvy with experience in different (digital) training methodologies;
  • change management experience;
  • strong project management and organizational skills;
  • excellent command of the English language;
  • agility, accountability, and innovative mind-set;
  • ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time.
