As a Team leader Marketing & PR, you plan, execute and coordinate the local marketing strategies and programs. You oversee and monitor trends. Furthermore, you measure results and tweaks/adjust if necessary. You work closely with HUGO BOSS AG in order to strategize and direct the brand’s image. Next to HUGO BOSS AG you will also work closely with all departments and business units and will report into the Head of Marketing & Communication, located in France.

 

What you can expect:

Responsible for Marketing Budget & Strategy for Benelux region
.
Develop and implement local Marketing strategy for the Benelux region based on Global Marketing strategy (HBAG), supporting local business objectives in collaboration with Retail team - monitor and measure results, tweak /adjust if necessary.

Responsible for Retail Marketing & CRM.
Planning and arranging Retail communication tools such as direct mailers, brochures, and e-DM. Collaborating with the Retail team to secure exposure in department store media, such as seasonal catalogues, websites, and in-store signage, in key sales momentum.

Responsible for Wholesale Marketing.
Ultimate goal: sustainable sales increase through targeted Marketing campaigns (POS events, promotions, drive-to-store activities and mailings).
Public Relations & Influencers strategy
Developing PR & Influencers strategy and action plans to drive brand elevation and revenue growth with clear product focus. Measuring brand exposure and identifying opportunities and areas of development.

Your profile:

A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or another suitable qualification (e.g. Communication);
General marketing experience from a similar position (in wholesale is a plus) for at least 5 years;
preferable with a strong customer network;
Extensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment;
Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong business and financial acumen;
Ability to self-direct, manage ambiguity and flexible to changing business needs;
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, has a ‘hands-on’ mentality, can multitask, is able to set priorities and not think in problems but in solutions;

Flexible, customer-focused, accurate, results-oriented and can work well under pressure;
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, French is desirable;
Computer literate,
with a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel;
Living nearby Amsterdam.
