Over het werk

Are you the person we are looking for? We are seeking a motivated organizer who is not only presentable but also excels in precision, takes initiative, and possesses strong organizational skills. This dynamic role provides the opportunity to work independently and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of all activities within this company. Since the position is relatively new, it can be partially tailored to your strengths. You are highly adaptable on the work floor, so if you sense a need in any area, you're the one to step in. You will work 3 days for one company and 2 days for another company which is related to the first one.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include tasks such as booking flights and reserving hotels for colleagues from abroad, coordinating sales meetings, liaising with suppliers, arranging outings, and, when necessary, managing temporary staff like cleaners. You are also partly involved with the engineering department in inputting data and reports.

Wat wij vragen

• Good knowledge of MS Office 
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role 
• Proficiency in the English language; Dutch is a plus
