As a
Global HRMS Analyst
, you will be involved in the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR Management Systems. Partners and acts as bridge between IT and HR.
Responsibilities includes to understand client’s business, business processes, suggest improvements wherever possible and then map the requirements onto EBS as best as possible. If gaps are identified, the consultant should suggest solutions.
Day to day
- Coordinate and participate in projects with focus on Global HR Information Management Systems and tools and you will liaise with HR business owners, IT and other functions.
- Provide guidance to HR colleagues in identifying their strategic and tactical information needs with regards to HRMS Systems and translate these into specific requirements and a project plan.
- Act as a project manager to plan and execute rollout of new initiatives.
- Act as a functional design consultant for our HR Management Systems, create user stories and process flows including acceptance criteria, testing and the planning and execution of release management
- As a system administrator user, you are responsible for the functional continuity of the systems, act as advisor and gate keeper for system, process, and data related requests
- Support HR Operations with driving more toward global HR self-service technology and away from paper based, manual processes.
- Provide training on HRMS and processes and developing standardized and/or custom-made training material.
- Maintain HR Management Systems, manage day-to-day incident and small enhancement efforts, engage the business related to data quality measures and actively monitor quality and effectiveness of HR information worldwide.
- Work closely to the HR BI & Analytics Manager to perform data reconciliation and data clean-up activities to ensure integrity of the data and information presented in reports and systems.
- Drive standardization globally for This role is focused at but not limited to the core HR MS and include bigger scope HR IT solutions
- You can build a network of people who understand local needs and can support in providing solutions locally for the region.
- Be a liaison and intermediary for all IT-related issues with the IT department

Essentials
- Undergraduate or master’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in coordinating and managing projects related to HRMS
- Experience in implementation and scaling up of Cloud based HRMS
- Experience in an international business environment
- Experience as an IT-intermediary
- Good communication and networking skills
