De Functie
Als Reliability Engineer heb je veel contact met mensen binnen en buiten Alco Energy en ben je niet bang om achter je bureau vandaan te komen. Je bent dé spin in het web. Je optimaliseert de betrouwbaarheid van assets door het verbeteren, definiëren en implementeren van onderhoudsstrategiën en equipment verbeteringen. Je analyseert de performance van de assets, hierbij maak je gebruik van het maintenance management systeem, maar uiteraard ook van de kennis van mechanics en operators. Om succesvol te zijn is het noodzakelijk dat je op alle niveaus kan communiceren, en vind je het leuk om de door jouw gewenste veranderingen met de uitvoerenden te bespreken, te trainen en waar nodig te controleren. Het kunnen vertalen van maintenance concepten naar de uitvoering is essentieel.

Je bent pas tevreden als de door jou opgestelde maintenance concepten zonder problemen door de uitvoerende dienst uitgevoerd worden. Dus je bent niet alleen bezig met het wat, maar ook met het hoe van de onderhoudsactiviteiten. Bij Alco Energy krijg jij de kans om als Reliablity Engineer kun jij écht het verschil te maken.

Wie zoeken wij?

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
• Affiniteit met de chemische industrie;
• Teamspeler en goede communicatie skills;
• Ervaring met rotating equipment en condition monitoring;
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Maintenance
• Resultaat- en oplossingsgericht;
• Strategisch en tactisch denkvermogen;
• Praktisch ingesteld;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
