Summary

As a site superintendent you can play an important part in these works. You'll have a broad range of tasks in our Benelux projects.

You will report to the works or project manager;
You are part of the on- and offshore project team and the link between the project team and the crew on board of our vessels. You work with them to prepare the operational execution of the works, follow up on the works on a daily base and optimize the performance of our vessels and deliveries to the clients.

You define the most efficient and cost-effective dredging methodology in cooperation with the project and vessel management team;
When working in our office you will be involved in the vessel/ project planning and coordination, management of change;
You work with the captains to ensure the operational logistics support for the vessels.
You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the QHSE standard;
You have a bachelor or master in engineering, preferably in construction or electro-mechanics or similar by experience;
You are communicative, a problem-solver and you attach great importance to good teamwork;
You are flexible, take initiative and like variation in your duties;
You are also analytical and don't mind data input;
You are interested in marine and hydraulic engineering
You are a natural leader and results-driven;
You have a keen interest in the planning and coordination.
Your working location will be a combination on board our vessels and in our office in Antwerp.
You can express yourself fluently in written and spoken Dutch and English. Knowledge of French or any other languages are a plus.
