JOB DESCRIPTION

As the new Head Chef at MAI Kitchen, you will be responsible for all kitchen processes. Together with your team, you will ensure that our guests are provided with delicious Asian street food dishes. Additionally, you will motivate your colleagues to bring out the best in themselves.

In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the Hotel Manager of the adjacent MAI Amsterdam hotel. Together with them, you will ensure the success of the newly opened restaurant.

As Head Chef, you know how to stay calm even when the restaurant is full and orders are pouring in. You thrive on leading and coordinating the kitchen team and strive for the highest possible level of service for our guests. Additionally, you work according to HACCP hygiene guidelines and are committed to creating a safe and inclusive work environment in MAI Kitchen.
