You are part of a team of 6 specialists. This team takes care of the daily management of the SQL server and is engaged in network virtualisation via Vmware. You are also part of a multidisciplinary team that works in an Agile way. As an organisation, we are moving towards Azure cloud. As a result, we see this role eventually moving more towards Data Engineer. You can make an immediate impact in an environment with €120 billion in assets from our clients.

Your responsibilities

• Migrating databases to Azure Cloud
• Setting up new database environments
• Resolving Database-related disruptions in the OTAP environment within the service levels
• Managing and monitoring database performance.
• Providing support to other IT departments and/or DevOps teams.

Your talents

Eager to learn, proactive and focused on collaboration. That's how we can best describe you as Database Administrator. And that comes in handy if you also have an affinity for virtualisation, Cloud computing and automation. In addition, you have:

• About 5 - 6 years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator
• Thorough knowledge of T-SQL and developing components with T-SQL
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written
