The Role For the operational support and impact generation of its Innovation and Education activities, EIT Digital is
looking for a highly motivated and hands-on digital professional who is able to effectively organize the
operational support and impact generation in collaboration with the EIT Digital Partners executing these
activities. The main purpose of this position is to drive the delivery of EIT Digital Innovation and Education
activities in terms of Outputs, Deliverables, KPIs and Impact.
Main Responsibilities

• Support execution of Innovation and Education activities:

o Provide hands-on operational support to the EIT Digital Partners executing the activities with
respect to achieving Outputs, Deliverables, KPIs and Impact;
o Work with the local EIT Digital teams to assess the execution quality, progress and delivery of the
Innovation and Education Activities.

• Support Impact analysis and statistics of activities:

o Manage and analyse data (e.g. KPI results, budget allocations, forecasting) and provide suitable
presentations / visualizations for the management;
o Deliver data and input for the budget and activity planning, reporting and amendment, including the formal reporting to EIT.
Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is required, preferably

Computer Science or Information Technology;

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital innovation / technology sector;
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience with data collection, analysis, modelling & visualization;
• Experience with managing operational tasks and processes;
• Excellent project management skills; EU project experience is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerBI;
• Pro-active team player. Hands-on and can-do attitude with high level of commitment to the duties,

timelines and deadlines.

Languages
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of
stakeholders is required. Knowledge of any other EU language is a merit.
Place of employment
This is a full-time position. EIT Digital office in Brussels. Occasional travel to EU locations may be required.
