JOB OBJECTIVE : -
We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to be our customers’ trusted advisor to ensure their success. Help customers achieve business value and get the most out of their investment with To-Increase. As CSM you’re showing exemplary aptitude and capability in reducing customer churn and improving loyalty to the To-Increase brand.To-Increase truly understands the importance of retaining customers. Our revenue is realized over the lifetime of a customer. To excel in this role, you must score high on emotional intelligence and business savviness.
This position is home based (fully remote) in UK, USA or Germany!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build value-based customer relationships with the top segment
- Onboard Customers smoothly to our Customer Success Program
- Initiate and perform Executive Business Reviews (QBR’s)
- Proactive reach out to customers, based on triggers from our Customer Success Tool
- Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendation from the customers
- Build on the further maturity of Customer Success, implement best practices, and develop customer focused processes
- Acquire knowledge on your domain, to drive adoption and up-sell effectively
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of work experience in Customer Success/Account management/Technical Account Management/Consultancy etc.
- Experience in SaaS & B2B products
- Ability to drive effective communication with clients at all level including C-level; facilitate difficult discussions and adept at handling objectives
- Internal & External stakeholder Management
- Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders who define the company's strategic objectives
- Strong consulting skills & ability to become a trusted advisor to our clients or stakeholders
- Credible and effective C-level advisor and coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical or business)
- In-depth knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Microsoft dynamics Technologies/Services ecosystem
- Experience in working with partners/resellers
