Salesforce Administrator
at Smartly.io Job Board ManilaWe are seeking a tech-savvy person to join our Revenue Operations team at Smartly.io. This role will require working on Helsinki timezone (GMT+2). As a Salesforce Administrator, your daily work will be around data management and technical development in our customer relationship management (CRM) system Salesforce. You will reporting directly to the Salesforce Technical Product Manager, supporting the data maintenance, analysis of existing data, end user support as well as configuring the Salesforce platform to develop, customize and automate our data management processes.
Our team works closely with different partners across the organization, helping them gather relevant data and transforming it into an actionable format for decision-making. The team supports all the revenue creating functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Ops and Customer Success) to drive growth across the full customer lifecycle by focusing on all the operational aspects - from strategy and performance to managing the tech stack related to revenue generation.
The role is filled as soon as the right candidate is found. This position requires prior working experience with Salesforce CRM and prior experience in the ad-tech industry is plus.
As a Salesforce Administrator at Smartly.io, you will...
- Work proactively in maintaining business applications including Salesforce and other dependent systems that enable a global organisation to scale.
- Build and maintaining the reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Work on Salesforce development projects following the Salesforce best practices.
- Collect, edit and process data as well as implement new operating methods to improve and automate data management.
- Be flexible with the technological stack and be keen to explore technologies.
- Provide day to day support to our end users.
- Support users in achieving their goals, such as having the ability to collect data they need for decision-making
- Debug system errors, document solutions, processes and practices
We're definitely looking for you, if you...
- Salesforce Administrator with experience of 3- 5 years.
- Ability to complete the assigned tasks and contribute to the CRM team product vision.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Excel at Excel/Google sheet and are generally good with different IT tools.
- Analytical skills to identify business needs and design and produce highly effective solutions
- Communicate well with both business and technical stakeholders - you’ll be working closely with our sales, marketing and customer success teams as well as backend developers.
- Are curious to learn new practices and IT tools, but also proactively Identify the areas of improvements and aim to make them better
- Want to work with a wide range of tasks related to an application’s lifecycle, such as defining system specifications, configuring processes, testing their feasibility, communicating about changes and iterating based on feedback.
We are also excited if you have any of the following...
- Experience in administering, configuring, or developing business applications such as CRM systems
- Understanding of applications architecture and how different systems work together, as our team works with several integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL/SOQL and/or programming languages such as Python, Apex, etc.
