Sourcing Manager EMEA
In this role you will be part of the CBRE team working for our Uber client. As our Sourcing Manager you will have the responsibility of leading sourcing activities, aligned to the regional and corporate guidelines. Making sure that sourcing processes operate smoothly and consistently in the region in line with global and local procurement and compliance policies, as well as, building relationships with key suppliers at country and regional level. Leading all sourcing activities across the region you will be partnering with internal and external stakeholders to lead cross-cultural teams to execute sourcing, supplier, and operations strategies. Also ensuring the acquisition of high quality services at the best possible prices by negotiating and monitoring pricing and service contracts and managing relationships with selected suppliers. The Sourcing Manager will report directly into the FM Lead.

Strategy & development
- Develop and execute effective sourcing, procurement, and compliance strategies in the EMEA countries.
- Continually develop and implement programs that lead to improved value creation, spend visibility, processes, training, metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Provide prompt information and support to -key- stakeholders along the organization
- Work closely with regional and/or local sourcing resources in the region to align efforts and standardize requirements to help secure savings through country/regional sourcing projects.
- Manage key strategic tender processes of various procurement/contract-related goods, services or works projects.
- Manage the sourcing of suppliers, coordination on specifications or requirements, preparation of tender documentation, coordination and evaluation of bids, direct negotiation, closure of contracts, all aligned to the local and regional processes.
- Manage supplier quality, necessary certifications, and service levels by periodically measure, track and review performance.
- Supervise local market research and sourcing of potential suppliers in the EMEA countries.
- Maintain the global platform system and other electronic tools and platforms as required, including computerized systems.
What will you bring to CBRE?

- Multiple years of sourcing experience in commercial organisations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement services, policies and processes.
- Commercial acumen, strong negotiating and stakeholdermanagement skills and focus on compliance.
- You are a strong communicator, open to change and able to prioritize.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

- Base gross annual (starting) salary €53.000 - €75.000 (incl. 8,33% holiday allowance)
