Job Description:
As a foreman landscaper, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers on various projects. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget. You will lead daily tasks such as landscaping, paving, pruning plants and maintaining green spaces. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to deliver the highest quality of work.This is what you will do:
- Lead a team of landscapers and supervise them in daily tasks;
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of projects within set deadlines and budgets;
- Perform quality control on the team's work to ensure it meets the highest standards;
- Manage materials and equipment and ensure that they are properly used and maintained;
- Maintain safety procedures and ensure the team is aware of and complies with all safety regulations.
What we ask:
- Demonstrated experience as a landscaper, preferably with experience in leadership roles;
- Extensive knowledge of plants, shrubs, trees and other greenery;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- In possession of a driver's license B (BE is a plus);
- Able to perform physical work and work in various weather conditions.
