Do you want to be responsible for Upforce’s entire sales process? Then start working with us as a sales manager!
As a sales manager you are responsible for prospect management and generating new sales for Upforce. This position is extremely important because you directly contribute to the turnover and return objectives of the organization. To do this well, competitive analyzes are required and you conduct market research throughout the Netherlands. Within this role you are always aware of what is going on in the market.

In addition to the above, you are responsible for various activities:
  • Translated vision and policy into an operational sales plan;
  • Acquires new clients;
  • Issues quotations and goes through tender processes;
  • Provides insight into the market potential on both the supply and demand sides (market research);
  • Follows relevant market trends and developments and translates these into market strategies and sales methods;
  • You give presentations and take the customer’s wishes and needs into account;
  • You maintain and further expand your network of business relationships (also internally);
  • You represent Upforce and actively participate in relevant networks in your sector to increase the visibility of our organization and stimulate sales potential;
  • You negotiate with your customers;
  • You create reports on your own activities, profitability and the sales pipeline;
  • You take care of the administrative handling, including processing emails, quotes, orders and contracts.

We ask this of you

The colleague we are looking for is convincing and decisive, is good at maintaining contacts and enjoys networking. You are results-oriented and maintain good presentation techniques. In addition:

  • Are you in possession of the SEU diploma or willing to obtain it;
  • Do you have at least a completed HBO education;
  • Do you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Do you have experience in the temporary employment sector;
  • Do you have experience with tender processes and can you complete them independently;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Do you have a valuable network with the right stakeholders? This is an advantage!

Upforce is a leading supplier of international temporary workers for the Dutch market, always on the move. We specialize in sectors such as logistics, production, food, technology and administration. You will join a team of 50 colleagues, spread over different departments. The atmosphere is relaxed, partly because we work in a homely office with lots of greenery. Your colleagues’ doors are always open. In addition to your work, there is room for team outings to get to know your colleagues better.

What do we offer

You will work in an informal and friendly organization where we help each other grow. If you have to deal with administration in between your work, join your colleagues at the office in Venlo or Eindhoven. In addition, the following is offered:

  • Salary, depending on the knowledge you bring with you, between €4000 and €4500 based on: 40 hours a week;
  • Working full-time is ideal, but fewer hours (32-38) are negotiable;

  • Sales bonus scheme.
