For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for an International Key Account Manager - Leasing and Mobility in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As an International Key Account Manager - Leasing and Mobility for our company, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our leasing and mobility solutions portfolio across European markets. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing strategic relationships with multinational corporations, leasing companies, and mobility service providers. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of global mobility trends to drive our business growth and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Top leasing/mobility international clients, including conducting regular reviews and vehicle test drives to understand their evolving needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.

Development: Identify new business opportunities within potential key accounts to expand our leasing and mobility services footprint in Europe. Craft tailored proposals and

establish
all contractual agreements that align with client objectives and company goals.
Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends in EU leasing and mobility, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, fleet sales finance, and operations teams to ensure that proposed TCO/MR solutions and fleet sales policies can be delivered efficiently and effectively. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts (e.g., deliverable orders, AR performance with timely payments), closely monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Satisfaction: Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and adjusting services as necessary to meet client needs.

schedule and collaborate with country fleet managers to provide coaching and training on business-to-business sales.
Provide comprehensive reports on account status, sales performance, market insights, and strategic plans to senior management, utilizing CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration
, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
of 5 years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably within the automotive leasing and mobility sector.
understanding of international business practices, with experience managing multinational clients.
negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
thinker with the ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business decisions.
in English and at least one other language; additional languages are a significant advantage.
to travel internationally.
