DevOps Engineer BPM

Essent IT is working agile for a long time, at this moment we are shaping our organization towards DevOps to shorten our development cycle, innovate faster and become even more agile. For this transition we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer TIBCO BPM in Den Bosch.

Your role as a Senior DevOps Engineer BPM means being the star player in:

• Working with the latest versions of the TIBCO AMXBPM along with other TIBCO Integration products. All these processes, workflows, components are built on the latest market conform specifications, standard and guidelines
• Taking ownership to further maintaining and developing all the TIBCO workflows and processes with all supporting TIBCO tools to make that a success for the customer
• Being up-to-date with the technology roadmap changes in the Business Process Management
• Keeping the AMXBPM platform stable and continuously improve the system. Always try to improve and automate as much as possible, if needed via the CICD pipeline
• Designing and developing re-usable processes and complex business workflows for Customer Journey
• Working closely together with your Agile DevOps team and take part in the rituals of our SAFe way of working

You'll join the Changers Agile Release Train team in the IT department. You embrace the DevOps mentality by giving and taking ownership, and the will to constantly improve. You are always looking for ways to make development life cycles better, simpler and more reliable.

You adjust to constant business change; common types of changes include new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, Business Informatics or equivalent fields
• At least 5+ years of analysis, programming, development hands-on experience with AMX BPM 3.x version onwards, preferably in a commercial organization
• Knowledge about Workflow Patterns, Case Management and latest technical capabilities of AMX BPM, JasperReports (nice to have)
• Strong technical experience in SOA, EAI, JSON Schemas, XSD, Xpath, XSLT, RESTful APIs, WebServices
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions with the end consumer in mind
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying and/or operating applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies and environments
• Demonstrated ability to interact, develop, engineer, and communicate collaboratively and effectively at technical levels with clients, vendors, partners, and all levels of Essent staff
