Sales Support Officer
For the Customer Service department in Weesp, Royal Smit & Zoon is currently looking for a Sales Support Officer. As a Sales Support officer, you will be part of the Customer Service department which consists of 12 employees and a Manager Customer Service.
What you will be doing?
- Ensures optimal sales support for assigned sales managers and/or clients in such a way that order can be processed in a timely manner;
- Maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction, by ensuring accurate and timely progress of contract agreements, orders, invoices, payments, deliveries and other queries;
- Performing commercial support such as delivering a correct CRM administration, preparing sales meetings, handling the customer contracts, etc.
- Sending promotional items such as samples to clients;
- Investigating and registering client complaints and effectively handling these as well as taking care of both internal and external communication;
- Translating the clients commercial needs into concrete order process;
- Ensure all customer contact (verbal and written) is handled in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner;
- Liase with various internal departments to ensure and improve customer satisfaction in a professional manner.
What we ask of you?
- An advanced vocational education combined with 3-5 years of experience in sales support or a Bachelor education and starting your career in sales support;
- You have a customer mindset and are aware of any cultural differences and you are able to adapt accordingly;
- Good communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written);
- Knowledge from and experienced with IT systems such as CRM, Excel, ERP, etc.;
- You have a proactive attitude and bold personality able to perform under pressure.
