for new member of our family Go Sharing Netherlands office.
As the Area Manager for the West Area of the Netherlands, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of operational functions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader capable of driving success in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for;

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role, with a strong background in operations.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Familiarity with the shared mobility sector is a plus.

What you will do;

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations within the West Area NL, including seven cities.
• Provide clear targets and KPIs for fleet managers to drive performance and productivity.
• Organize and manage service agents in the field and workshop to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Responsible for the procurement of parts required for operations.

2. Government and Community Relations:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and government bodies.
• Resolve any police and government requests or issues related to our operations.

3. Reporting and Procedure Implementation:

• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance to the senior management team.

4. Logistics and Deployment:

• Organize logistics and deployment of mopeds and e-bikes.
• Coordinate the deployment of staff and equipment across multiple hubs and locations.

5. Team Management and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff as needed.

6. Marketing and R&D Implementation:

• Implement marketing strategies to promote our services in the West Netherlands.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of research and development initiatives.

7. Safety and Security:

• Ensure the safety and security of all employees in the West Netherlands
