Are you excited to help organizations, large and small, take a step in their digital Customer Experience (CX)? Then you might be the medior User Experience consultant we are looking for. We are looking for someone who specializes in digital CX (UX, IA and IxD) and wants to take a step in making an impact in organizations.

About the function

We are looking for a medior User Experience consultant as an addition to our team. Someone who has already seen a few things come along, from complex multi-stakeholder digital projects to hosting design sprints, a nd who can be the connection between strategy and execution. The UX consultant we are looking for is substantively strong in the field of UX research, UX strategy, UX concepting and UX design. Someone who likes it and is good at leading and executing larger UX projects, in close involvement with the customer . Your role would be both strategic and hands-on, while you’ll always be working together with Junior UX consultants in your project. Projects vary from doing research, drawing up digital strategies, to devising a digital product such as a website or app.

 
As a medior UX consultant you manage projects with a medium complexity, and you coach and support other consultants. With clients you operate on a tactical level and you are the point of contact for, for example, a marketing director. You are responsible for projects, and share account responsibility with a colleague. You are driven to make a real impact for our customer’s customers and therefore always put them first. Both to your client and to your colleagues, your approach is professional with a personal touch.

• Completed hbo or wo education in the direction of Interaction Design, Communication Science, Industrial Design Engineering or other directions where researching and designing user experiences is central;
• About 3+ years of relevant work experience;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
