JOB DESCRIPTION

As the new Sous chef of MAI Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delicious Asian street food dishes that complement our unique concept. You will work alongside a young and dynamic team to turn the newly opened restaurant into a success story. You will provide our guests with a variety of Asian street food dishes. As Sous chef, you will lead the kitchen team, contribute to menu composition, and play a key role in the success of MAI Kitchen through your input.

While knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus, everything can be learned. Additionally, you are ready for a leadership role and work according to HACCP hygiene guidelines.
