Are you an experienced Scrum Master who would like to implement and promote an Agile Way of working? Do you like to work in an organization where you make a social contribution and are you able to stand your ground? Then read on!

Organisatie

The organization is a leading organization in the transport sector. They give people the freedom to travel by enabling more than 500,000 trips a day. Every day they ensure that their buses, trains, taxis and ambulances are safe, clean and reliable. In addition to mobility, they also have their own software that is used, among other things, in OV chips and develop barcodes for issue to external parties for the back office systems regarding transport.

As a Scrum Master you will help the product Owner in providing structure. At the moment, a lot of ad hoc work is being done and there is not yet enough decisiveness to push things back. In addition, it still rubs off on the Agile way of thinking in the organization. Watching in the backlog, what are the epics and what requests come from the business are matters that you will take care of together with the Product Owner and manage this.

Finally, it is really up to you to promote an Agile way of working within the organization and to create awareness in the different teams. It is therefore important to be able to stand your ground and to hold up a mirror to people from time to time.

Together, with the Product Owner, responsible for managing the backlog, epics and requests from the business.

Eisen

HBO working and thinking level;
At least 3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master or in a similar position;
Being familiar with process-based work;
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlasian;
You are initiative-oriented, you are to stand your ground and like to make changes.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Salary maximum €90,- per hour OR €5,000, - €6,000, per month based on 40 hours and experience;
Duration: 3 months (with option to extend);
Hours: 40 hours per week;
Start: as soon as possible;
Region: Hilversum.
